These terms govern your use of the All In One Distributors website and any purchases made through us. By using this website, you agree to these terms. We are a wholesale supplier and our products are intended for trade customers only.

Trade Accounts

To place orders, you must apply for a trade account. We reserve the right to approve or decline trade account applications at our discretion. All account holders must be registered businesses.

Orders & Pricing

All prices shown are trade prices and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. The minimum order value is £100.00. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Orders are subject to availability.

Delivery

We offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday). Free delivery is available on orders over £100.00. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We deliver to mainland UK only.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items. Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after inspection.

Liability

While we take every care to ensure product information is accurate, we recommend checking product labels for allergens and ingredients. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
